Tree Painting metal print by Stephen Holst.   Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The high gloss of the aluminum sheet complements the rich colors of any image to produce stunning results.

In 2013 I bought my first dSLR camera. It had been a desire of mine since high school (when I took a film photography class) to have a camera that really let me learn, grow and explore my creative side. As an engineer I'm terribly left brained and tend to focus on the techniques and rules that make a good photograph and the mechanics of the hardware, but the same camera has the ability to exercise the right side of my brain. I grew up on the east coast and moved to Colorado in 2001. There is so much beautiful scenery here that it's hard not to fill memory cards with wildlife and landscape but Denver and the rest of the state has a lot more to offer a photographer too.
